  • I recvd a call for some clarification info

I recvd a call from a FEMA rep asking specific questions about our grant, nothin financial.

Does this mean we have at least made the first or second cut?

Have all the applications been excepted or rejected?

I am not getting my hopes up, to high,

What did they ask? If they are calling you I would guess that was a good sign.

Usually it is a good sign because that means that you're not canned, they just don't understand something, or some information was wrong. I got a call last year looking for clarification because since Chase and JP Morgan merged, the routing number for the bank changed and they never told us.

Others have gotten calls asking why they needed so much of one thing, such as 25 air packs for 15 members. Not to say that you've done this, just trying to give different examples without knowning what they asked about.

And yes, they will be very vague on the phone. Remember when dealing with the federal government, nothing is true until it happens.

And even then the feds may tell you what you did and didn't see. Black helicopters, men in trench coats. The usual stuff you see Dale talking about on King of the Hill.
