trouble loggin on to grant app

i had trouble loggin on to our grant application@fema. Does this mean that they are updateing my file or does it mean they a prepairing to to announce.

Yep, same thing here.
They are probably working on the system.
Let's hope they are moving us into the approved list........... OK back to earth now.

That's normally the case, that they're updating the database. Defensive programming suggests locking down the system while updates are being made, which is the safest way to maintain data integrity. This is what I get to do all day everyday, write software. Yeehaa. Anyway, since the rumor mill suggested that the first set of announcements are coming for this weekend, they are probably updating the links to include the Manage Grant and other such needed ones for those that are announced. Depending on workload, they may or may not be adding the 1199A link for the next set of potential recipients.
