Portal access

Anyone else having problems getting into the portal to enter info? Initially I was able to enter info then i was unable to save and continue. I spoke with another person who said they couldn't even log in

Having issues with other government portals as well as this one. Maybe has something to do with shutdown of some nature. Not sure though.

ANyone having problems with Portal and app getting logged in on just locking up this morning

I've noticed issues today (and a few times over the past few weeks) when logged into the Portal working on a grant. Some times if I am working on typing info in a grant app and I get automatically logged off due to inactivity (i.e. not typing for more than 30 minutes), I can log back into the Portal but am unable to update that specific grant application.

What seems to be a work-around is using another browser to update that specific grant application. So, if I am having trouble using Chrome, I switch to Internet Explorer.
