SCBA naritives

Hi my name is Jeff Pavlik I am with the Yarnell Fire Department in Arizona. we are trying to replace are SCBA's. most are 15 years old and are not complient and are made by diffrent makers. I was hopeing that someone could share a naritive to help me out. This will be my first application for the fire act grant. thanks in advance.
