took delivery of a new type 3 and trying to figure outhe close out report. cant find it under manag grant and reports. theres just the semi annual report. where do i find the link for a close out report?

Dear Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG) Grantee:
You are receiving this email because the 2009 AFG closeout module is currently unavailable. The module is undergoing development at this time. The new module will facilitate easier reporting and processing. Until the 2009 AFG Closeout Module has been deployed, you will be unable to submit your closeout reports.
Given the circumstances, you will not be penalized for submitting a late closeout report. Additionally, this will not affect your chances to receive further grant awards under any of the AFG funding opportunities.
You will be notified when the revised AFG closeout module becomes available. Please note, once the module becomes available, you will be required to complete the closeout report in accordance with your 2009 grant agreement.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve this issue. If you have any additional concerns regarding the AFG programs (FP & S, SCG, SAFER) please contact the help desk at 1-866-274-0960. -
The system is being updated. Also you didn't mention if you are at the end of your grant period. You will not be able to finish the close-out until after the full year is up on you grant. The system will not let you finish the close-out report even if you have purchased and received all the equipment you ordered.
We received a gear grant a couple of years ago and had to wait the full period to submit the reports even though we had everything purchased everything right away.Comment
