Anybody got info/rumors on 2011 application period dates?

Mid-April rumored, but who knows with all the Congressional Budget fun. Wouldn't wait for it either way, PG won't be changing much. Not enough to wait on it to come out to start since it may be the same as in year's past where the PG showing up and opening day are within 24 hours of each other.
