At this point in the process any further reductions will be few and far between even 1199A's being released have been small in recent weeks. Just because you have not recieved a reduction does not mean you are not in the running for an award; unless you are sure your pricing was above the established maximum allowed for the project.

i used the pricing list that was posted here, and puposely priced a few things above what they were getting funded at. I guess it was my hope at an early warning system.
