I wonder just how good a mood the reviewer is in sometimes.

I would double check your reasons and resubmit.

Went to submit a payment request for our remaining Federal funds ($1170) which are our excess funds and received the below message.

Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

# You may not request more than your remaining balance.


I'm not quite understanding why we are getting the message since we aren't requesting $1171 or more. I plan on contacting our grant contact but wanted to see if anyone could provide any insight prior.
