If past history is a guide, the preliminary date from DHS has as much value as a guess in this forum.

Congress can't even pass a fiscal year budget; why would we think they will re-authorize AFG any time soon.

I am not going to do the poll for the opening date.

I will do the the poll for the first 1199's for 2011, as 2010 was very interesting.

I am going to say the Opening date for 2011 AFG will be...April 18th. 15 days after the Valley Center, Kansas grant writing seminar closes.

That would be a good class to attend. A great facility too.

Again.... April 18th.

I was thinking i might be closer by throwing a dart at my calendar, then i realized my calendar is in Outlook now. On my office computer. Need my day job too much to put holes in my monitor....
