    , Ship fire at Philadelphia Naval Business Center. Heavy fire and smoke showing, starboard side of ExUSS Sampson being dismantled in Dry Dock #3. NSWCCD Federal Fire Dept responded with Squirt 2, Eng 1 and Car 2. Upon arrival Car 2 added Eng 3 to response and requested assistance from City of Phila.Fire Dept. Fire contained to 1 compartment on 3rd deck with heavy smoke and heat damage 2nd and 3rd decks in forward area of ship. Decontamination required for all personnel on ship due to PCBs, asbestos and lead paint used on ship. Phila Fire Equipment responding: Engs 49, 60, 53, 10; Ladders 9,19, 27; Batts 1, 4; Rescue 1; Deputy 1, Medic 11. Special call Haz Mat 1, Batt 7, Eng 68, Lad 13; Air Unit 1, Eng 13, Medic 7, ES 4, 2nd Alarmers canteen, Salvation Army canteen. All units cleared at 1844.
