Suggestion

I suggest when somone renews a membership that Firehouse would acutally re-connect them. I renewed in October and my membership is still not reinstated. I have sent several e-mail about this problem but do not get a responce. So enjoy my 29.95.

The Webteam has been conspiciously absent over the past ... oh I dunno, 6 months or so, at the very least, if not quite a bit longer. Except for extreme instances of the **** hitting the fan, complete technical meltdowns and the odd coverage of "high profile" type posts like the "award" Firehouse won, and other important things like Helping Our Own etc.

Every once in awhile someone will come on and say the problems are going to be fixed, there's a new upgrade scheduled for blah blah blah.

If you aren't already aware of these threads ... check out this forum for the many issues that have gone unfixed and/or unanswered. From the webteam not answering PMs and emails, to technical problems that have been ongoing for quite some time. There are probably more threads on Off Duty of the same nature.
