    I understand and hope they are looking into it but to not reply for over 1 week after an email???? I run a fire based forum like this at http://www.fire-forums.com and when there is a problem with my system or a recommendation from a member I take care of it immediately.

    Mind you, I dont have a board the size of this one but the way it is growing since its inception it will be huge soon. I have even taken the opportunity to start assigning team members to handle different areas of the forum should it reach a point where it will be too much for me.

    I use the same software being used here and it is very user friendly plus there is a tremendous amount of resources for free technicial assistance but all I wanted to know was if they were working on it.

    We know the webteam has been in attendance the past 2 days, because they took the garbage out.

    That they have apparently started taking a more active role again in the forums (let's hope it isn't just a fly-by) and based on the fact that there have been some changes on the corporate end of thing in the past few months (see the threads about the founders of FH leaving the organization), I would hope they will soon get to all the issues that have been brought up lately.

    I'd recommend continuing to exercise patience and see what happens.

    OK I still cannot start a new thread but i can still reply. I cannot even do a search of the forum when logged in.

    I emailed the forum administrator and still no reply

    I found this thread and was wondering if people are still having problems. I tried posting a new thread for 3 days now (using 4 different PC's at different locations) and it is still not allowing me. I get an Internet Explorer error that I may not be connected to the internet.

    I run the same forum software on my boards at http://www.fire-forums.com and never had this problem with any of my members.

    Like others, I can reply to posts but cannot create a new thread.

    Hi all,
    It indeed seems the problem is server-side. We are attempting to resolve this today.

    As far as posting problems, this is because our forum platform is in need of a major upgrade (as it seems you have been promised for some time!) I am new to the team, but I will push to get this done as soon as possible. Updates on that issue will follow.

    Many apologies for the lack of response. We have been short staffed for the last few months and I'm attempting to fix the backlog of problems. Thanks in advance for your patience.

    Now...why would the administration create a category, specifically designed for comments, complaints and suggestions....and then totally ignore the contents of said thread?

    Seems to me...it was created..so we could have someplace..in fact, THIS place...to alert them to problems with these forums, this website.
