Is anyone else having problems with firehousemail? It locked me out last night and I can not log back in.

Firehouse Email Issues

We apologize that Firehousemail has been slow but at this time it is beyond our control. The email carrier we use is having some server issues. Last week they implemented a new anti-spam and anti-virus service and are having some problems with anti-spam side of the new programs. They cannot give us a time yet when it will be back up running at full speed but they have let us know that are working on it.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

I readily admit that I forgot to check here before bothering other people. I wish to thank the Folks at Firehouse.com for having the patience to dig into the problem and provide a very prompt reply. As far as I'm concerned, they've done everything that they can, So THANK YOU to "youknowwhoyouare" at FH.com........


On the other hand, the Company that provides the email service was just the opposite. Arrogant and Condescending are just two descriptions that come to mind when thinking about these clowns. I don't want to identify Everyone.net as the problem here because I don't want to upset the FH.Com folks. So, I will refrain from calling the misfits at everyone.net a bunch of jerks........
