  • Forums vs. Mac Software

I am unable to respond to any posts in the forums due to the Quick Reply icons not being operative. I can't even click the Go Advanced button without receiving the javascript popup that I need to click a Quick Reply icon.

Do the forums just hate Mac OSX browsers (safari, FF)?

Try using a real browser. I believe IE is available for primitive Mac computers.

The Code is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules.

I found that the post reply button at the top of the page is functional.

DM: MS pulled IE for Mac a long time ago. I generally don't have issues as long as the devs write html/javascript that is compatible with standards-compliant browsers. Been a long time since I've seen a site that didn't have full support for FireFox.

I use safari most of the time and don't have any issues. Not sure I can explain why.

Safari user for 6+ years on two different Macs, zero issues. I prefer Google Chrome when I'm stuck using a PC (ugh).

There are no technical minds behind the operation of this forum. Just some corporate button clickers that don't actually have any forum or software experience (or don't care to use it if they do). So get used to little bugs like that on here.

              I'm using Firefox right now.
