Help submitting photostories

Is there a "how to" section on the steps to submit photostories? I believe I created one today (8/27/10) from Buffalo, NY successfully, but I'm not sure. There was no "submit" button, only "save". I did use the preview, and it seemed to work.
How long does it take to show up on the website?
