TAMPA - Late Thursday night, firefighters with Tampa Fire Rescue were working to extinguish a blaze at an automotive shop on North Howard Avenue.
Shortly after 10 p.m., 3-D Service, a wholesale engine parts and machine shop, caught fire, fire Capt. Bill Wade said.
An hour later, the building was still emitting heavy flames.
``The building is going to be very heavily damaged before this is over,'' Wade said.
The fire, which was expected to be out by midnight, had caused no injuries.
It was too early to determine what had caused the fire, Wade said.
