The members of the East Cypress Fire Department, Faulkner County, Arkansas wish to express their thanks to the members of the Chanhassen Fire Department, Chanhassen, MN for the donation of a set of air splints. Your generosity is overwhelming and we are deeply grateful. The splints have been checked and placed in service on our Mini-Rescue for use by our First Responders. This donation will assist us in improving the level of emergency medical care we can offer residents of our community. Sorry Roger, we country folks are not formal enough for patches but a department cap is tucked in with the paperwork I'm returning to you. Again, thanks folks!
