Join us for this FREE 1-day training seminar for aquatic search operations. Primarily you?ll learn the use of side scan sonar to search for objects underwater. Major topics are: an introduction to the types of sonar which can be used, a detailed discussion of how sonar images are created, how to conduct a search, and image priority. The target focus is the interpretation of side scan images. Presenting these topics will be Mr. Gene Ralston. The classroom based presentation will use multiple images and a step-by-step method that will assist searchers to better identify anomalies, regardless of make/model of the sss unit.
