There are only a couple cities the require EMT-I or above here in MT. Kalispell and Lockwood come to mind. The CPAT is administered in June, and I believe you need to register for it by mid February.

Hey... still there? I am from Montana and live in Great Falls. I am on the Black Eagle Fire Department. I was wondering how hard it is to get on with the Florence Fire Department? My brother lives in Florence and I got other family there and throughout the Bitterroot Valley and in Missoula. Right now I am in the Air Force and retire in January 2009.

i just got to great falls earlier this year. i work at the mafb fire department.
