Allegations of harassment in IFP leads to changes

(Indianapolis-AP) -- The entire Indianapolis Fire Department
will undergo cultural diversity training after some firefighters
    reported being harassed.
W-T-H-R-T-V in Indianapolis reports that some firefighters were
singled out for harassment based on their race or gender.
Many of the allegations centered around Station Seven in
    downtown Indianapolis.
An eight-month investigation into the accusations concluded last
    week.
The city's Black Firefighters Association first reported
problems last spring, when a firefighter committed suicide.
Public Safety Director Robert Turner says there was horseplay,
and some inappropriate comments were made.
One firefighter has been reassigned to another station, and two
    others will receive counseling.
Station Seven has also brought in a new captain.
