L2429's new website

IAFF Local 2429, Mt. Vernon Professional Fire Fighters, just launched our new site! I'm slowly getting it up and going, so its definite work in progress. With some of the battles we are fighting now and planning to fight in the future, the site should be great to let the public see what's going on. We've got a nice members only section too to discuss topics and post..well just about anything.

If anyone is thinking of getting a site up, the guys at unioncentrics.com have been GREAT to me. Its a content based system, so you don't have to worry about all the time consuming graphic work or initial programming(they've got GREAT programmers and graphics design guys to do that). Mike Bullis has been incredibly helpful through the whole process.

I saw eight names on the roster that weren't there when I was, and I haven't been gone three years yet. I didn't realize you were on shift with Dave. You poor sap.

I am also interested in following Lt. Plumb's campaign for city council.

Pictures are coming...slowly. I'm already getting in enough trouble for working on the website instead of the house! If you wanna follow Dan's campaign, I also built HIS website, so it will get updates often.
