Does anyone know if Stratford held orals today on MLK Day, or do they start tomorrow?

They held them today and again tomorrow. Only 2 days.

There must be more then one set of interview groups with that amount of canidates.

Yea I think there were 3 happening at once.

The department tested for only two days and had 4 interview teams to cover the 73 people who scored high enough on the written portion to get an oral interview. A few people pulled a no show for whatever reason so i can only guess what the final number was. Results should be mailed in about 4-6 buisness days. The department, from what i have been told, has 8 spots reserved for the start of the fire academy in march.

I got that same number - 8 -from calling the fire station. Any idea if they do an actual ranking or is it that rule of list?

You're right on that 8 spots, and you should hear in the next few days...hopefully by the end of the week.
