Need SOP for bunkers integrated harness

I'm looking for a S.O.P. from departments that have fire fighter wearing the bunkers with the integrated class II harness.

The New York Firefighters Burn Foundation sells 2 good (among many other) videotapes addressing the Gemtor harness. Personal Harness and Escape Rope and Rescuing the Unconscious Firefighter.

Aside from being only about 15 bucks these videos are excellent training materials.
