Saw a department train for the exact same thing using railroad ties. They had drilled into the top of the slide and attached some extra weight, more than what is normally on there so come the day of the competition, the real one feels light.Jason Knecht

Here is the website for Team Rescue Mode and they have the plans for the keiser on it http://mysite.verizon.net/vze4yrw4/t...einc/id15.html. Also go to claytonchallenge.com/bb for the Challenge Players Assoc. for any training tips. I've been competeing for three years now and will be more than willing to help you with anything. You have some good teams and individuals in your area that you can catch up with for information to.Comment

Whats up man I'm glad to see you getting into the challenge. My team has been competeing for three years now and we enjoy every minute of it. I would really recommend you get in contact with some guys from around your area that competes to pick up training tips and techniques. A good place to start also in claytonchallenge.com/bb which is the Challenge Players Association and we all go and post and share training tips and everything. As for the keiser you can find a link here: http://mysite.verizon.net/vze4yrw4/t...einc/id15.html. Its the site for team rescue mode which has a top 5 open guy in the world in Scott McClelland and a top 5 over 45 guy in Lonnie Lewis. I'm not for sure where your located but if you need help with anything let me know and if you need help locating teams around you I can help with that also. Good Luck and I'll see you on the course for Tour 09Comment

Actually it is called a Keiser Force Machine. It is a 160# beam, in teflon runners, that sits in a stainless steel trough. Then you take a 9# shot hammer and drive the beam 5". I is evolution #3 in the Firefighters Combat Challenge, where it is frequently referred to as the Slammer.Stephen J Bourassa
