I can't believe it either! Why would one want to leave a popular show like that? I don't really think Bobby's going to survive this. I think Paulie just signed his own death warrant with Bobby having the friends in blue that he has.

P.S. I know it's just a show!

Apparently with the echo effect that was heard at the end, "stay with me", Bobby may still be alive. He might survive, because as we little ol' firefighters know, Paramedics are gods, right? LOL, sarcasm intended.

So as it reads to me, Bobby is still alive.
