The slumlord who cut up the floors...but most of all....T"the canman"VE, Giuliani, Every Chief who sat by idle and did nothing to stop the removal of the ropes, Mr. Magoo, Mayor Bloombag and everyone else who looked the other way and chose money over these men's lives...may it haunt them for the remainder of their days on this earth. All brothers should remain ever vigilant because it is low-lifes like these cowards who seek to place their careers ahead of your safety.
