  • Another Brother gone

    It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter Phillip Wayne Townsend of IAFF Local 965 - Denison, Texas. Brother Townsend died on Saturday, December 30, 2006 during a building collapse.

    The funeral is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. As more information is received, it will be posted.

            Once again

            Volunteer firefighter Sidney Hall died Friday afternoon, two days after being rescued from a burning house east of Marion.

                I send my thoughts prayers and condolensces to the familys (from the FD and home familys) of Firefighters Phillip Townsend and Sidney Hall.
