Strikes again.
While I have very small doubt that this happened at a controlled intersection in which the pedestrian was "obeying" the rule of the road, Me First in the case of the second driver has stepped up yet again. (or at least that is my opinion)

WHEATON, Md. -- A man was struck and killed by a car on Sunday while attempting to cross a street in Wheaton, Md.
The incident happened at the intersection of Viers Mill and Claridge roads just after 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Montgomery County rescue workers said the man was hit by a white Honda Accord driven by 46-year-old Marion Marshall and fell down. Marshall stopped.
A blue Mazda driven by 24-year-old Anil K. Mangal went around the Accord, hit the man and dragged him for 30 feet before stopping.
Crews worked to free him, but the man had already died from his injuries. His name has not been released.
Any charges will be determined after an investigation is completed. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision should call police at 301-840-2435.
