need help looking for article for term paper

If anyone can please help, I am trying to find the article/story on the 16 yr old female jr ff who died after being ejected from a tanker rollover going to a mutual aid responce with a dwi driving the tanker . he subsequently had already been charged with DWI twice prior and the town fathers knew but did nothing . I believe this happened midwest. Thanks for any help!!
