    I'll be damned you're right

What temperature is correct for serving Guinness?

Guinness can be served cooler than other ales. 5-8 degrees celsius is about ideal, although some places keep their Guinness at cellar temperature along with their other ales.

    Not Ice cold!
    Ideal serving temperature 10 - 13°C!

The lower the temperature the lower the taste!

It's only a bad beer that has to be drunken ice cold in order not to taste the bad taste!

Well once you'll get older you will prefer your Beer a little bit warmer ;-)
We've seen this a lot of times with our guests... when they were young the prefered it cold, by the time they get older the prefered temperature rises with the age ;-)

Hahaha Ryan and Gonzo. I was looking at the bridge to the right. My ex is from Ireland...off the boat. Came over at age 22. Family also. The pic I pulled up was so small all I saw was the Guinness and the bridge. All I thought was ... that is fresh Guinness. I did not analyze the hell out of it the pic. Especially when all I am thinking is ahhhhh... Damn, I would like a fresh one...can someone tell the driver to pull over for a minute. You guys are a trip.
