Chiefs Interview

I have a Chiefs interview next week in a small town that i have been volunteering for. I was wondering what kind of questions will be asked, and how the interview is conducted, and what kind of answers He is looking for. Any advice would be helpful.

What no one has been on a chiefs interview in here?... This website tells me a story about riding a wining pony home, can anyone gve me anything better?

Not to be a smart ***, but, I wouldn't worry about it. (I don't think this is something you can study for) If you get the job, then, by all means, freak out.

The best piece of advice I have been given is "Praise in public, Counsel in private".
