Anyone going to NYC or dept having a service on 9/11?

Our county mutual aid organization will be hosting a memorial service to be held at 7:00 pm on 9/11/2006 in St. Albans VT. Every department in the assoication, that includes Canadian departments as well have been invited to attend.

We did this on the first year anniversary in 2002 with this being very similar in nature. It is a simple service that will last about an hour. In 2002 it was agreed that we would hold a memorial service on the 5th anniversary and every five years thereafter.

We will never forget 9/11/2001, nor will we ever let the residents of our area forget it either.
