Problem with Draeger Panorama Masks

Hello All,

We have recently received 4 new Draeger "Panorama" Masks for our SCBA. The Masks are a hit for improved visibility and comfort, but we are having problems with the retaining clips on the straps. The straps have been very difficult to tighten since new, and now several of them have bent the retaining clips that they slide through making it almost impossible to tighten them. I have a call in to the rep, but would like to get some outside feedback before we decide whether to send them back of just repair them.

Is anyone else using these masks, and have you experienced any similar problems?

We use them too, but don't have any probs with it.
What kind of helmet do you have ?
With a little more info, maybe I could sent you a pair of our clips.

I've used them for years and have never encountered the problem you are describing. let me know what the rep figures out.

We've been using them for years and never had a problem like the one you are describing

I think the problem lay in the fact they are not Scott's.
