In the recent past I've read news accounts that some departments in the suburban Louisville area are considering merging. I thought St. Matthews was putting it to a vote a week or two ago. I've searched other web sources for further info, but have come up dry. Does anyone have an update?

St. Matthews did vote yes. Harrods Creek, Lyndon, and Worthington are still uncommitted, to my knowledge. Middletown was involved in earlier discussions but has since opted out.
