My company is in the process of refurbishing a 1939 Hale pumper. One of the problems that the committee has run into were sources to obtain original and/or authenic parts. I have already tried S.P.A.A.M.F.A.A. Does anyone know of any websites. Thanks for the assistance and be safe.

I have found that the ultimate source for anything to do with anitique and classic trucks is Hemmings Motor News. You can buy it at Barnes and Noble. There are also two enormous classic car flea markets near you, Carlyle and Hershey. I think they are in the spring. Hershey may have a fall flea market also.
Also, Hale is still around. Did you try contacting them? I'm sure they don't have alot of parts, but they may have a line on someone who does.PROUD, HONORED AND HUMBLED RECIPIENT OF THE PURPLE HYDRANT AWARD - 10/2007.Comment

Parts is parts
In addition to trying Hemmings, place an ad in the SPAMFAA Magazine for your needs.
