LONDON, July 16 (Reuters) - British police charged two
teenagers with manslaughter on Wednesday in connection with the
death of a 15-year-old boy, who was found with severe burns in a
    rubbish skip.
A spokesman for Northumbria police said the teenagers, aged
15 and 16, were released on unconditional bail and would appear
before a youth court next Tuesday.
Michael Temperley was found with horrific burns in a blazing
skip at the Team Valley retail park in Gateshead, northeast

Workers from a nearby shop dragged him clear of the flames
and he was rushed to hospital, but he died on Tuesday.

Was the 15 year old put in the dumpster then set on fire or was he in it and set it on fire getting him self traped inside?
