From the Newcastle Evening Chronicle, Tuesdsay 15th July 2003.

The youngster had suffered severe injuries when he was discovered by shocked firefighters called to put out a rubbish blaze in the metal container at the Team Valley Retail Park, Gateshead.

They carried his limp body from the scene and he was taken to Gateshead's Queen Elizabeth hospital, barely alive last night.

He lost the fight in the early hours today in the high dependency unit.

Det Supt Tony Thornton, heading the inquiry into the teenager's death, said: "This is a tragic and horrific death of a teenage boy.

"An incident room has been set up at Whickham and we have arrested two males in connection with the inquiry.

"We are awaiting the results of a post mortem and are trying to find further members of the boy's family. He died in the early hours."

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the inquiry and are being questioned at Whickham police station.

What the hell! I hope this wasn't another Jackass stunt.
Even the burger-flippers at McDonald's probably have some McWackers.

Was the 15 year old put in the dumpster then set on fire or was he in it and set it on fire getting him self traped inside?
