There are far better things to discuss in the forums that posting your Nextel number for someone to 'key you up' to chat. This isn't a personals service or buddy finder.

1. NexTel is nothing to brag about having in my opinion. I actually wouldn't take one if it was given to me and paid for.

2. Is it really a wise idea to post the number for everyone to see?

How do we know that's you, and not your ex-boss, ex-girlfriend/boyfriend, ex-chief, whatever. Now there's a way to get back at somebody. Post their numbers on the web.

P.S. I've got a Nextel and I love it. I use it more than my home phone.

I purposely spelled intelligent wrong, to see how many would reply to the mistake and critique it, u guys, sure are good at giving the criticism but not good at taking it. I bet if i did the research you guys have all mis-spelled words once and awhile..

I'm sure we do have misspelled words. However, you are a bad liar! You did not spell that incorrectly on purpose...you are just trying to cover your rear. However, unlike most of the incorrect spelling that our dear juniors and explorers display on these boards, our spelling mistakes are usually not everyday words or are just the result of a typo...nor are they generally repeated mistakes. Had you claimed that the misspelling was just a typo, then that would have been more believable.

Seriously, they're a pretty neat little gadget that is very useful for industries that need regular communication like delivery trucks, etc. Nextel is the biggest but not the only one, around here there's a service called Southern Linc that does the same thing. Firehouse.com recently had a story about how these services were becoming more common.
