            Yes, we do have Command units. When they arrive on the scene of a call, they automatically have a flag come up out of the top that says C.H.A.O.S. LOL.

              Our chief drives an unmarked Chevy Impala. His assistant (a/k/a the fire marshal) drives a marked 2002 Dodge Durango.

                This just in.......

                New Chief's buggy under construction in Glenn Dale, Md. A 2003 Ford F150 4X4 Pickup, 4 door cab, 6 ft bed, Black. Stripes/Lettering will be yellow. Since 1968, most Glenn Dale apparatus has been Yellow with Black Lettering and Striping. This unit reverses those colors, Black vehicle with Yellow Lettering/Stripes. A Class A pumper will be ordered shortly, Most likely with the same paint layout. See www.gdvfd18.com for more. Stay Safe....

                    The Chief is going to LOVE his new SuperCrew Ford. I bought a 2002 last October and it has been a great truck. I have a folding hard tonneau cover for the box, keeps everything nice and dry. If I ever get enough money I'm thinking about putting in a sliding aluminum tray in the box.

                      Chief drives 2001 3/4 ton Suburban. Gets a new one every three years, the old (older) ones become station vehicles.
