Where is Cheffie when we need her?
When choosing food we like to get things that take well to re-heating. There is nothing worse than to get half way done cooking a nice dinner when you get a two-hour long call and come back to inedible crap. We like stuff that we can just start right back up cooking when we get back. One-pot meals are also favorites with the clean up crew."What makes a person run into a building others are running out of?...Character."- Dennis Smith

Our meals are usually delivered to us in the field. While most times, it consists of sandwiches, or pizza... and a beverage....what I'd really like is a hot, homecooked meal...from none other than our world reknown superchef......that delightful, elusive scoundrel from the Bay area.
Delivered in person.....of course!Feel like taking a hike cheffie?
