Well, for starters I would go and talk to your local fire dept. and ask when the next hiring process is going to start. Then I would follow there orders. Talk to as many FF as possible. Ask for any advice and tips they could give you. Ask what they did and then try and talk to the fire chief, they are pretty busy but still ask for a talk. Good luck.

Anyone know of any websites I can checkout offering information on becoming a firefighter. Also any feedback you can give me on going for a career in fire fighting would be helpful.
