Check out this link, I think you will find what you are looking for here. They have several different kinds of liners and sizes.

TJ - I am in charge of helmet repair for my dept, and try as I might, I can't seem to figure out how to get that thing out of there. I called cairns and they told me in order for the warrenty not to be voided, you had to send the helmet back to them to have this replaced. I'm not sure the cost on the new yorker, but the sam houstons cost $76 a piece for this job.

          hope this helps!

JUST TAKE A FLAT HEAD SCREW DRIVER OR SOMETHING THAT CAN PRY UP THE BRASS HOLDING THE LINER IN. WITH IT ALL UP(BRASS) THE LINER COMES RIGHT OUT. THEN PUT THE NEW LINER IN AND HAMMER IT BACK DOWN TO HOLD IT IN THERE. IF YOUR HELMET IS MORE THAN 5 YRS OLD THE WARRENTY IS DONE WITH ANYWAY. THE WWW.FIRESTORE.COM HAS THE LINERS FOR $52 FOR NOMEX AND 70 FOR PBI. PLUS 8.95 SHIPPING. SO THE 76 A PIECE ISN'T TO BAD.
