I'm a newly promoted captain who is looking for advice and materials to help train my Co. There seems to be days when I can't pull a good drill out of my head if I had to. Is there books, videos, etc. out there to help?

Check out the downloadable drills in the training section of firehouse.com. For a good drill these will help out and give you some ideas.
