  • She'd kissed a Hero

Have any of you heard the song from Kristy Jackson called She'd kissed a Hero. If not I think you should download it and listen to it. It is very touching. I guess Kristy is just a school teacher somewhere who wrote this song for the 9-11-01 attack. Since napster is no longer you can use either Grokster.com which is better than napster ever was or limewire.com which is o.k. to download the song. Let me know what you think of it after you listen. I guess the song is actually about Jeremy Glick who was one of the passengers who overtook the plane from the terrorists.

I think you live under a rock if you haven't heard it.....

        Hook-n-Can,
That's gotta be the funniest response I've ever heard. Don't feel bad. This is the first I've heard of that song as well.

that must be one big rock that all of us fit under it!!! Never heard it either. The song out that I really like is the one by Alan Jackson, not sure of the actual title but it starts out with "Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day?" Beautiful song!!!

SORRY!! It's over-played (very depressing song) on Long Island, I guess because we're so close to NYC....It was even performed live at WBLI's winter jam last weekend.

Diane...apology accepted, although my mortgage company is a little ticked off now that they have found out that the loan they funded for my house instead helped me purchase this nifty little stone that I reside under.

Can everyone squeeze over and make room for one more under that rock? But seriously, what genre of music is it? Pop, rock, C/W? I'm trying to figure out what stations in my area might be giving it some airplay.

One things for sure, with all of the fire & EMS people living under the same rock, it's got to be the safest place on the planet. Anyone for a remodel? I'm thinking something in a WMD proof lead.
