We were jsut watching the opening ceremony at the game and were appalled at the huge rips in one of the flags flying at Yankee Stadium. Is there some significance to this flag? Any New York brothers know the scoop?

The flag was flying on the south tower, (the first to fall) and was then buried by the second tower. A couple of ESU cops dug it out and have brought it to all the PD funerals.
They offered to fly it at Yankee Stadium for the Series.Comment
