How many departments developed a response to terrorist acts, prior to the World Trade Center bombing? In brief, what is your plan?

Not my department. We even have several trained personell in the "basic" areas of terrorism. It saddens me and my wife. She would be the one affected if something were to happen to me. But I have the most high confidence in my fellow firefighters to do ourself well and keep ourselves out of harms way!!!!!!!!!!! Be safe Krusty, mmkay -
Fortunately, my department has. About 7 months ago I was surfing the net when I came upon FEMA's website. There, you can request all kinds of info (CD-roms, books, videos), for absolutely NOTHING.....FREE!!!! You can request as many as you want. I requested 16 Counter-terrorism handbooks and they sent me 20, absolutely free of charge. Check it out!
