Dry Hydrant with Jet Siphon

Can a Jet Siphon be added to a Dry Hydrant installation to increase the distance from the hydrant to the truck? If you use 2 pipes, 1 for the hydrant and another for the jet, and connect at the end.

You can add a turbo draft and get lifts to 40 feet or more and only use 250 gpm pumper to get 800 gpm out.
