Need Info about Memorial

I am a Dallas, Tx fire fighter. We are trying to get American Airlines to donate a plane to fly Dallas area fire fighters to New York. We would like to offer to stand in for the New York Fire fighters to attend the memorial. Does anyone have any information about the memorial or know who I can contact to find out about it.
