Maybe Jake the Hose Monkey has a "finger stretcher" you could borrow!
I would try looking for small size gloves. Have you tried Gall's?

Ask whoever gets your gear if they make a 'cadet' glove. They are the same style, just have shorter fingers. Most mfg's have them but you have to ask. Not much worse than gloves that dont fit. How are you supposed to work?
I have the same problem. The CROSSTECH gloves are the best fitting ones I have come across... had mine for a couple years now, not sure where you can get them at anymore. If anyone knows, let us know since it is time to replace mine!
