Has anyone else experienced issues with the rechargeable battery for the MSA G1 airpack losing charge when not used over a few weeks? We switched to the G1 earlier this year. A couple months after getting them we've discovered a few packs that would have low batteries here and there that haven't been used much. We attributed it to someone either playing with the pack a lot or practicing with them and the weekly checks draining them. WE have pack on one truck that have never been used on a call and only been used for training a couple times that are completely dead. We were told by the sales rep that the department he works for gets several months out of the batteries before having to charge them, and they get a decent amount of fires and month and train with them regularly. We were told that ours should last a while where we may only get 1 fire a month on average.
